My work supports employers, managers, and organizations who want to move toward more accessible, inclusive, and sustainable workplaces. I bring a neurodivergent- and disability-affirming lens grounded in lived experience and justice-oriented practice. Through custom workshops, pre-recorded webinars, speaking engagements, and one-on-one support calls, I offer practical tools and guidance to help strengthen policies, practices, and workplace culture so all employees have the opportunity to succeed.
Accessibility is a core part of how I approach this work. I aim to create flexible, supportive spaces that recognize people communicate and process information in different ways. This can include offering different ways to connect (phone, video, or text), keeping cameras off, sharing agendas or questions in advance, and providing clear, structured information.
If there are specific access needs or communication preferences, I’m always happy to work together to find an approach that feels supportive and manageable.
