when you book with me

Although reaching out to book a service can look like many different things, I took some time to highlight what you might generally expect.

Reach out

You can reach out to me through brief form on the "contact" page on my website or by email. If you're not ready to book and you have questions, feel free to reach out.

Note: If you are reaching out on a time sensitive matter (aka an interview coming up or a deadline), please note this in your initial email.

Connection Call

Within 1-3 business days, I’ll reach out via email to schedule a short connection call. I hope to create a no-pressure space where we can talk about your situation, goals, and challenges. Together, we’ll figure out which of the services might be the best fit for you.

Booking a session

After our call, if it feels like a good fit, we can schedule your session(s) and get started. I’ll make sure you have all the information you need to feel prepared and confident. Sessions are flexible and can be done virtually or in-person.

Sliding scale options

I offer sliding scale rates on a no-questions-asked basis. Each one of my services will have a range. Everyone deserves access to support, and I’m happy to work with you to find something that fits your budget.

Accessibility is a core part of how I approach this work. I aim to create flexible, supportive spaces that recognize people communicate and process information in different ways. This can include offering different ways to connect (phone, video, or text), keeping cameras off, sharing agendas or questions in advance, and providing clear, structured information.

If there are specific access needs or communication preferences, I’m always happy to work together to find an approach that feels supportive and manageable.
