Employment Support

Navigating employment as a neurodivergent professional can be complex and challenging because the systems we're navigating were not built for all minds to thrive.

I center neurodivergent and disability-affirming approaches, lived experience, and justice-oriented practices in all my work. You can expect me to provide practical guidance, education, and resources (through your choice of one-on-one support calls, resume and cover letter packages, toolkits, and more) designed to help you navigate employment with confidence. I offer these services to anyone seeking support in job searching or sustaining meaningful work.

Accessibility is a core part of how I approach this work. I aim to create flexible, supportive spaces that recognize people communicate and process information in different ways. This can include offering different ways to connect (phone, video, or text), keeping cameras off, sharing agendas or questions in advance, and providing clear, structured information.

If there are specific access needs or communication preferences, I’m always happy to work together to find an approach that feels supportive and manageable.

Connection Call

A connection call is a chance for us to meet and explore what kind of support might feel most helpful for you. Navigating work, job searches, and career transitions can bring up a lot of questions, and you deserve space to talk through them. This no-pressure call is an opportunity to share what you’re looking for and learn how we might work together. From there, we can begin to imagine what next steps could look like.

Pricing

30 minute session: no cost.

Resume Refresh

Resume & Cover Letter Package

When you purchase this package, you’ll receive everything you need to refresh your resume and cover letter with tailored guidance. After a short consultation and review of your documents, you’ll receive a 1–2 page feedback document (or a 30-minute call) with suggested edits, strategic recommendations, and personalized advice.

It's important to me that this service is flexible and accessible. When you work with me, youcan choose written or verbal feedback, receive clear and structured suggestions, and take time to review or ask questions before making revisions.

Varies between $80-120 depending on work required. A quote can be provided beforehand. All services are offered on a sliding scale basis.

Support Calls

Workplaces and hiring processes are not always designed with all minds and bodies in mind. Support calls offer a personalized space for neurodivergent and disabled folks, as well as people living with mental health challenges, who are navigating finding or maintaining employment. Together, we can talk through challenges, problem-solve barriers, and explore strategies that support both your wellbeing and your goals. These sessions are guided by your experiences and what feels most useful to you.

Some common areas I can support with:

  • Career planning

  • Navigating workplace conflict

  • Identifying workplace accommodations

  • And more, depending on your needs

Pricing

60 minute session: $60-$100

All services are offered on a sliding scale basis.

The package includes a one-hour strategy session and a practice interview with detailed, tangible feedback (written, verbal, or both). Note: Thanks for visiting my page! Please note that this website is a work in progress. Although many aspects around digital accessibility were considered in the creation, there is still much more work to be done to ensure the website is fully accessible. These changes will be coming over the next few months as I learn more and (hopefully) secure funding to do this work.
